Welcome to my Favorite Things page! Here, I’m excited to share some of the books, podcasts, apps, and products that help me stay connected, joyful, and focused every day. These are all things I genuinely love and use myself, but I know everyone’s different—so feel free to explore and see what resonates with you. I always recommend doing a little research to find what works best for you before making any decisions. Now, let’s jump in and check out some of my favorite things!

Books That Fueled My Personal Growth
I’m a big fan of Dr. Joe Dispenza and all the amazing work he’s doing. That said, I have to admit it took me some time to really connect with his books. I first tried reading Becoming Supernatural, which is an incredible book, but for me, it had a bit too much science, and I found myself getting a little lost.
However, after recently attending one of his retreats, I can confidently say it’s now my favorite book! If you’re new to his work, though, I’d recommend starting with one of his earlier books to ease into it.

I first discovered the books by Dr. Stephen Trzeciak and Dr. Anthony Mazzarelli at a Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare conference in Boston. What I love about their work is how they take spiritual principles like compassion and kindness and back them up with solid clinical research, showing just how powerful these values can be when put into practice.

I actually discovered Eckhart Tolle’s work long before Oprah made him a household name! While A New Earth became famous through her workshop series, it was The Power of Now that had the biggest impact on my life. It also deeply helped a few friends of mine who were going through tough times at the same time.
I remember keeping the book on my coffee table and opening it to a random page whenever I felt down—it always seemed to give me exactly what I needed. Both books are truly worth exploring!

I came across Suzanne Giesemann’s work shortly after my mother passed away. Now a practicing medium, Suzanne offers powerful insights and answers to many of life’s big questions.

While I love listening to great music, when I’m on the road, I usually take the chance to catch up on some of my favorite podcasts. Here are my top two!
The Next Level Soul with Alex Ferrari is all about helping you navigate life’s journey and tap into your inner power to create positive changes. It features insights from world-leading thought leaders, covering everything from body transformation and mindset coaching to meditation and spiritual growth. It’s like a guide for your mind, body, and soul.
Messages of Hope with Suzanne Giesemann is another favorite of mine. Suzanne is a spiritual teacher, author, and medium, even named on the Watkins’ 2022 list of the 100 Most Spiritually Influential Living People. Her incredible gift of communicating across dimensions has been verified by afterlife researchers, and her messages don’t just bring hope—they offer healing and love that speak straight to the heart.
Meditation Technology Apps
Along with Dr. Joe Dispenza’s meditations (which I highly recommend checking out on his website to find the ones that speak to you), I also have all these apps on my phone. I’ve purchased several of their meditation collections and use them often. If you struggle with sleep, there are plenty of options to explore as well.
