What I Believe
I believe life is all about discovering your purpose and fully embracing it. It’s about finding ways to contribute to the world that not only serve others but also let your unique strengths shine. Along the way, it’s important to grow through both the challenges and opportunities that come your way.
Learning how to bounce back from tough times and adapt to change is such an important skill. It’s something you can build over time, and mastering it is key to living a life that feels true to who you are—one that’s filled with success, joy, and authenticity.

My Expertise
My goal is to inspire, educate, and help unlock the potential that lies within each of us. It’s about discovering what we’re truly capable of and aligning our actions with the emotions and mindset we want to invite into our lives.
I trained as a Life Coach through the Coaches Training Institute and deepened my understanding of positive psychology and neuroscience by learning from experts like Dr. Tal Ben Shahar, Dr. Robert Holden, and Dr. Rick Hansen.
I’m also a certified Holistic Nutritionist, having studied at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
My Story
My career has been a unique and exciting journey. I’ve been fortunate to visit over 50 countries and speak to corporate audiences across Europe, the Middle East, and South America.
Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to lead the development of a wellness program for staff and physicians at a major healthcare organization, manage a World Trade Centre, and even create the first five-year business plan for a US-based World Trade Center. I’ve also published the World Trade Center Association's annual Directory, conducted workshops for exporters on cross-cultural communication, and wrote a book on the subject.

On a Personal Note
Like many, I’ve faced my share of challenges and obstacles throughout my life. After 9/11, I was deeply impacted due to my strong connection to the World Trade Centers, leading to three years of depression where I lost my business and even faced bankruptcy.
Years later, I stepped into the role of primary caregiver for both of my parents, a responsibility I carried for over a decade.
I’ve also experienced the pain of job restructuring, losing two roles I was passionate about and loved.
There have been moments when life felt like the ground was pulled out from under me—dealing with heartbreak, betrayal, a mysterious chronic illness for two years, and making mistakes I regret. I’ve also unintentionally hurt others, which I acknowledge with a heavy heart.
These experiences have shaped me, deepening my compassion for others and strengthening the spiritual beliefs that ground me. Now, my true passion lies in helping others tap into their personal power and guiding them toward a life filled with joy and fulfillment.
